Because of the limited storage capacity, when the waste liquid is full, it can only limit production. Now, the company has independently developed aldehyde-acid separation technology to separate and reuse aldehydes and acids in the waste liquid. Nearly 10,000 tons of aldonic acid waste liquid is used every year.
“Acetaldehyde separation†is an example of “Jemaan Chemical†turning waste into treasure. Around 2000, "Jemama Chemicals" carried out technological innovations at every stage of production, recycling waste that could only be discarded, and promoting energy conservation and emission reduction. According to the original process, the hydrogen produced during the production of glyphosate was directly discharged into the air. “Jemaa Chemical†developed a dehydrogenation technology that will recover 90% of the hydrogen and recover millions of cubic meters of hydrogen in one year. Several thousand tons of coal are saved; membrane technology has been developed to separate and concentrate glyphosate, reducing energy consumption and emissions; and developing sodium chloride extraction technology to extract sodium chloride from wastewater to improve water quality. Weng Jianxin deeply said with deep feelings that after the technical reform, the surrounding environment of the enterprise has improved, the villagers' opinions have been reduced, the energy consumption has been reduced, and the cost has been reduced accordingly.
